Never. Our focus is very clear and we invite only Travel Agents & Tour Operators. Many of the exhibitions / Roadshows allow bloggers, media, Marketing companies & etc which is really waste of time for the exhibitors who are looking for Quality buyers to promote their products.
India Roadshow is shceduled from 10:00am to 4:00pm in each city along with 1 Hour networking lunch with potential buyers.
Yes. in India Roadshow there is a Networking Lunch session. This offers a great opportunity to interact with potenital buyers
We offer 1 Table with 4 Chairs. We allow 2 Delegates from each exhibiting company. Most of the places we provide a networking lunch / cocktail session to interact with buyers.
NO. ONLY Travel Agents & Tour operators are allowed as visitors. This makes ITR more quality focused. We do not allow any of the visitors to promote their product with other visitors. We strictly do not allow.
But, DMCs / Airlines / Suppliers / Hoteliers or any company other than travel agents or tour operators can participate as an exhibitors and promote their product with Visitors / Buyers.
We have a dedicated team which research the the complete profile of the travel agent or tour company and send invitation.
We focused on Quality than Quantity. So, We accept only 50 potential buyers for each city. Any exhibitors can meet maximum of 30 agents from 10:00am to 4:00pm in quality way. Considering even if you spend 10 minutes for each buyers, it takes 300 Minutes (5 Hours) for meeting 30 Buyers. This is a more efficient and we strongly believe this generates good ROI.
Yes. We do have a travel arrangement package at additional cost. Please contact our team they will assist you to make your travel more comfortable.
Yes. We offer a Visa invitation letter which you can submit and get your visa. But visa grant is purely based on the visa consulate and we do not have any rights over there
